Our products

We sell the Qwiet weighted soft toy and calming accessories for children. We describe each product, its sizes and its weight as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on your screen.

Qwiet is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

Please follow the age and size guidance on our site and the instructions that come with the product. A weighted soft toy should be used with an adult nearby. It must never be placed over a child’s face or used to hold a child still.

Placing an order

Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it once your payment has gone through, and the contract between us starts then. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if a price on our site is clearly wrong; if so, we tell you and refund any payment straight away.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total shown at checkout is the full price you pay, and delivery is free.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

Offers

When you buy 2 weighted soft toys, we take 15% off their price automatically. When you buy 3 or more, we take 30% off. The discount applies to the soft toys only, not to accessories or bundles.

The Qwiet Daytime Calm Duo is offered at checkout for £14.99 with an order that includes a weighted soft toy. It isn’t sold on its own.

Every order that includes a weighted soft toy comes with 3 free eBooks, sent by email.

Delivery

We deliver free to addresses in the United Kingdom. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you.

Returns and refunds

You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, with no conditions and free returns. Our refund policy explains how. It comes on top of your legal rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days and your rights if a product is faulty.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

The Qwiet name and logo, our texts, photos and illustrations belong to us or to their authors. Please don’t reuse them without our written permission. The information on this site is general and isn’t medical advice.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you have a complaint, email us first: we will do our best to put things right.
