Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times

We dispatch your order within 24 hours. It usually arrives around 7 days after you order, and you can see your estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout.

These dates are estimates. Busy periods or carrier delays can occasionally make delivery take a little longer.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. We email you the tracking link once it leaves us.

Your free eBooks

Your 3 free eBooks are sent by email, to the address you give at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@qwiet.co.uk: we can change it until your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is late or lost

If your order hasn’t arrived by its estimated delivery date, email us and we will follow it up with the carrier. If a parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. For a damaged parcel, see our refund policy.
