Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Every child is different. If Qwiet isn’t right for yours, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you in full.

There are no conditions. You don’t need to give us a reason, you can return a product even if your child has used it, and you don’t need the original packaging.

The guarantee covers everything you buy on qwiet.co.uk: the weighted soft toy, the accessories and the bundles.

How to return a product

1. Email us at hello@qwiet.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number or the email address you used to order.
2. We reply with a free prepaid return label and the return address.
3. Pack the product securely, drop the parcel off and keep your proof of postage.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to the payment method you used to order. Your bank may then take a few days to show it on your statement.

We refund the price you actually paid for each product you return, after any discount. Delivery was free, so there is nothing else to refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or if you received the wrong product, email us with a photo. We will send you a replacement or refund you in full, as you prefer, and the return costs you nothing.

Your legal rights

Our guarantee comes on top of your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in this policy affects these rights.
